Simple Start Day 2ish

Hello! Yesterday I stayed on track, which is no great feat because it is only the second day 😉 but I’m still pretty proud

Here are some screen shots that I took of my meals from yesterday. I always track using my Weight Watchers app for iPhone.

I made a breakfast sandwich, ate some grapes at work and then made soup and a sandwich for dinner when I got home. Delicious 👌

THEN, of course I needed something sweet because I’m me. So I made cookies that I found on Pinterest (haven’t we all?) and they were seriously the quickest and easiest cookies I have ever made in my entire life.

2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup oats

Put the first three ingredients into a medium saucepan and cook on low heat until the chocolate chips melt. Then stir in the oats. After everything is combined, put spoonfuls onto a plate (wax paper would be best but I didn’t have any and it still worked fine.) and chill in the fridge. The recipe said to chill for ten minutes but mine took a little longer than that to not fall apart when I took a bite. THESE ARE SO GOOD. No bake. Hardly any cleanup. Makes about 8-10 cookies depending on size.

Tomorrow I am OFF! So I don’t have to work or go to class or anything. So. Excited. I’ll be sure to check in 😉
